FT Lead Day Cleaner (Tampa)

Responsibilities

• Overseeing day staff
• Overseeing daily tasks
• Training staff
• Managing supply inventory
• Empties trash and replaces liners if necessary
• Cleans ashtrays
• Picks up paper clips, paper, pencils from floor
• Spot cleans door glass
• Spot wipes doors
• Cleans restrooms
• Replenishes bathroom supplies
• Empties trash
• Cleans and sanitizes all fixtures and clean mirrors
• Spot cleans partition doors and walls
• Sweeps and mops tile floors
• Dusts ceiling air diffuser
• Reports needed repairs to customer
• Great customer service
• Attention to detail
• Performs such other duties as assigned.

Requirements

• MUST BE FLUENT IN ENGLISH
• MUST HAVE PRIOR CLEANING EXPERIENCE
• MUST ELIGIBLE TO WORK IN THE UNITED STATES
• MUST BE OVER 18 YEARS OF AGE
• MUST HAVE A RELIABLE FORM OF TRANSPORTATION
