FT Jewelry Merchandising Lead - Detroit/ Warren

About the role

This is a Non-Management/Hourly Position. The Jewelry Merchandising Lead will travel frequently to and throughout Detroit and Warren, MI, as well as surrounding areas within the district as needed.

Responsibilities

• Train and mentor peers, especially new merchandisers
• Cover POS throughout the span of the district – within reason
• Ensure consistent visual merchandising standards are followed
• Stay aware of market conditions and inform District Manager
• Build relationships with store employees/management

Requirements

• Must be 18 years of age or older
• Valid driver’s license (with exception for MMs with Supervisor approval)
• Ability to lift up to 25 pounds
• Ability to stand, walk, reach, stoop, and kneel
