Responsibilities
- Inspect all assigned suites and public areas to ensure furnishings, equipment, linens, etc. are clean and in good repair
- Ensure that all associates have proper supplies, equipment, and uniform including nametag, gloves, and goggles
- Train associates on safety standards and enforce those standards consistently
- Identify associates engaging in unsafe behaviors and retrain them appropriately
- Complete accident investigations and take steps to prevent future accidents
- Perform all housekeeping duties necessary, including making beds, vacuuming, and cleaning
- Verify and update the status of discrepant rooms throughout the shift
- Randomly select assigned rooms to ensure cleanliness
- Perform opening and closing shift duties
- Notify GM and/or Chief Engineer of maintenance repairs necessary
- Monitor cleanliness of the hotel including parking lot and exterior entrances
- Act as Manager on Duty when required
- Available to work nights, weekends, and holidays as necessary
- Perform various other duties as assigned to meet business objectives
Requirements
- Minimum of two (2) years in a leadership Housekeeping position
- Minimum of high school education, post-high school education preferred

- Basic computer skills
- Ability to communicate effectively verbally and in writing
- Ability to exceed expectations of guests and team members
- Excellent time management skills
Pay
Compensation range: $21.75 per hour
