Responsibilities
- Create a welcoming environment where customers feel inspired to explore their musical passions and help them find the perfect gear to bring their sound to life.
- Achieve and exceed sales targets with flair! Upsell and cross-sell like a pro by connecting customers with the perfect instruments and accessories to complete their musical setup.
- Maintain expert-level knowledge of our gear, from the latest guitars to cutting-edge recording equipment, and help enhance the knowledge of others.
- Grow your fanbase! Maintain strong relationships and help fellow Associates foster them. Help your team be the go-to in the local music community.
- Keep the store looking as cool as your favorite album cover. Organize displays, restock shelves, and maintain that music store vibe.
- Practice your leadership abilities by guiding and mentoring your fellow team members, supporting them through customer interactions and operational tasks.
- As a keyholding member of the store, open and close the store as needed.
Requirements
- Passion for Music: You're a music enthusiast with a solid understanding of various instruments and products.
- Proven track record in sales, with a history of exceeding targets.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Retail Resilience: Thrive in a fast-paced and dynamic retail environment with top-notch organizational skills.
- Ability to influence and inspire others to achieve their best.
- Flexibility to work additional hours, nights, and weekends as needed.
