We need to output HTML fragment only, with headings

for sections: About the role, Responsibilities, Requirements, Qualifications, Skills, Benefits, Pay, Schedule. Use only sections that have real specific content. Must not repeat job title as heading. Must not include Job ID etc. Remove boilerplate, navigation, legal, EEO, etc. Must preserve all substantive info. We need to parse the posting. Key content: - Intro paragraph about MBK Senior Living, Yoi Shigoto, etc. That's about the role/company. Could be "About the role" or maybe "About MBK Senior Living". Use

About the role

with paragraph. - Schedule: "Schedule: Tuesday - Saturday 02:00PM - 10:00PM". That's specific schedule. So include

Schedule

with

Tuesday - Saturday 02:00PM - 10:00PM

. - Pay: "Rate: $ 19.00 - $ 21.00 Per hour". So include

Pay

with

$19.00 - $21.00 per hour

. - Benefits: There's a list: "Full-time Benefits Include Rich benefits package including Medical, Dental, Vision and 401k matching up to 4% Childcare and eldercare assistance Flexible spending accounts Paid sick leave under the Colorado Healthy Families and Workplaces Act". Also earlier: "Competitive salaries Professional development, training, and personal coaching through our Mentor, Buddy, and Executive Director in Training Programs Education loan assistance & scholarships Financial and legal services Team Member discounts Health and Wellness resources". So we need to include Benefits section with list items. - Responsibilities/Duties: Many bullet points under "Duties & Responsibilities". Use

Responsibilities

with
  • each duty. - Requirements/Education: "Education And Licenses/Certifications Requirements High school diploma or equivalent (GED), required. Must have current First Aid, CPR, and Medication Management Certifications (if required by state) and maintain through training and ongoing education as required. Food Handler’s Card preferred; training will be provided if required and not already held. Nurses Aid Certification, preferred unless required by the state." Also "Experience Requirements (in Years) 1+ years of prior caregiving experience within a similar work environment preferred; on-the-job training is available for candidates with the right attitude and desire." Also "Required Competencies" list many bullet points. Also "Physical Demands & Work Environment" maybe part of Requirements? Could be separate but we can include under Requirements or maybe a separate section like "Physical Demands". But we only have allowed headings list; we can put under Requirements or maybe Skills. The list of competencies could be Skills. The required competencies include: Must be age 18 or older, background clearances, health screening, TB test, excellent written/verbal communication, ability to interact effectively, make sound decisions, organizational/problem-solving/time management, dependable, respect confidentiality, ability to work independently, positive professional image. Those are more like requirements/qualifications. Could split: Education/Licenses as Qualifications, Experience as Requirements, Competencies as Skills. Physical Demands maybe also Requirements. We need to avoid filler like "commensurate with experience". Not present. We must not include boilerplate like EEO, regulatory disclosures, etc. Must remove those. Thus we need to extract substantive info and format. Let's construct sections:

We might also include Physical Demands but we can incorporate into Skills or Requirements. Since we already have Skills covering many, we could add a separate section for Physical Demands if we want, but we have limited headings; we could add under Requirements or Skills. But we already used Skills for competencies; Physical Demands could be another section but we don't have a heading for that; we could put under Requirements. However we already have Experience and Qualifications sections; we could add a Requirements section that includes Physical Demands. But we already used Qualifications for education/licenses, Experience for experience, Skills for competencies. We could rename Skills to Requirements and include both competencies and physical demands. But the instruction says use headings like Requirements, Qualifications, Skills, Benefits, Pay, Schedule. So we should have sections for each if content exists. We have content for Requirements? We could put physical demands and maybe some other requirements under Requirements. Let's restructure: - About the role (intro) - Schedule - Pay - Benefits - Responsibilities - Qualifications (education/licenses) - Requirements (experience + physical demands + maybe background clearances etc.) - Skills (competencies like communication, decision-making, etc.) But we already used Experience separate; we could merge experience into Requirements. Let's produce:
