Responsibilities

• Provide great resident care and support with daily activities and personal hygiene
• Answer resident calls and determine how to best assist them with their needs
• Ensure residents receive an appropriate diet by reviewing their dietary restrictions, food allergies, and preferences

Qualifications

• Current HCA or NAC certification; must maintain CEUs as required by the state
• Positive attitude and ability to work well under pressure in a fast-paced environment
• Can-do attitude with a willingness to go above and beyond when needed
• Ability to work efficiently in a team environment as well as independently
• Effective communication with residents experiencing communication barriers
• Current certification in Food Handling and CPR, or willingness to obtain within 30 days of hire
• Compassion and love for working with the senior population
