FT Brand Ambassador
About the role
Ralph Lauren Corporation is seeking enthusiastic and customer-focused individuals to join our team as Brand Ambassadors. This position offers an opportunity to provide exceptional customer service, contribute to sales goals, and grow professionally within the company.
Responsibilities
- Provide excellent customer service, ensuring a customer-first mindset at all times.
- Understand and utilize sales objectives to meet or exceed individual Key Performance Indicators (KPIs).
- Collaborate with the team to uphold standards of excellence across all touchpoints of the brands' policies and procedures.
- Utilize the Polo Connect program to connect with customers and promote brand offerings.
- Demonstrate passion and knowledge of fashion and styling, educating customers on available programs, initiatives, resources, and offerings.
- Assist customers in the fitting rooms, providing guidance on sizing and maintaining store standards.
- Maintain store visual standards and adhere to company guidelines.
- Support operational activities such as floor sets, replenishment, and other tasks as needed.
- Participate in company trainings and provide feedback to management on product feedback, category opportunities, or needs.
- Balance tasks while prioritizing the Ralph Lauren experience, ensuring the customer experience is always the top priority.
- Work flexible schedules, including days, evenings, weekends, overnight shifts, and travel (as required).
- Build and maintain positive working relationships with customers, management, and co-workers.
Requirements
A retail experience or similar industry experience in a complex, high-volume or high-profile environment is preferred. Must possess strong communication skills, be able to navigate the sales floor, stock/dressing room, cash wrap, and office, lift up to 30 lbs., and perform moderate climbing.
Qualifications
Ability to effectively communicate with customers and store personnel. Must be able to work flexible schedules, including days, evenings, weekends, overnight shifts, and travel (as required). Must also be able to build and maintain positive working relationships with customers, management, and co-workers.
