Responsibilities
- Partner with the Store Manager to create action plans for achieving business goals.
- Show product knowledge and operational skills to maximize sales and customer engagement.
- Engage with customers to build relationships and enhance brand loyalty.
- Develop and motivate team members to deliver exceptional customer experiences.
- Oversee assigned areas and be accountable for meeting performance targets.
- Support the Store Manager in ensuring compliance with store standards for merchandising and operations.
- Stay informed about all aspects of the business and contribute innovative ideas.
- Remain calm under pressure and handle unexpected situations effectively.
- Perform POS transactions and manage store functions when the Store Manager is absent.
Qualifications
- At least 2 years of experience as a Co/Assistant Manager in a similar volume, apparel business (preferred).
- Proven track record of exceeding sales and performance metrics.
- Flexible availability to meet the needs of the business, including evenings and weekends.
- Occasional travel to other store locations may be required.
