FSW/Driver

About the role

The FSW/driver is responsible for the safe, accurate, and timely delivery of meals and food products from the commissary kitchen to local school district locations. This position ensures that all deliveries arrive on schedule, accurately, and that food quality and temperature standards are maintained throughout transportation. When not making deliveries, the employee serves as an integral member of the commissary team by assisting with receiving and stocking deliveries, dish washing, cleaning and sanitation, and general support duties.

Schedule

Monday–Friday, 7:00 AM–2:00 PM. No nights, weekends, or holidays. Position starts in August and follows a school-year schedule.

Responsibilities

• Deliver meals and food products to school district sites on time and in compliance with food-safety standards
• Operate company vehicles safely and maintain accurate delivery records
• Assist the commissary team with receiving, stocking, dish washing, cleaning, sanitation, and general support duties

Requirements

• Valid driver’s license with a minimum of three years of safe driving history
• Must pass a motor-vehicle-record review and meet all company vehicle-insurance eligibility requirements
• Must pass a federal background check and any additional school-district-required background screenings
• Ability to lift, push, pull, and carry up to 50 lbs
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment
