FSQ Auditor III Lead- 3rd shift- Alma

About the role

This position will work on 3rd shift (9:30PM–5:30AM) Sunday through Thursday with weekends as required. Employee will work with, oversee, and train as needed, several FSQ Auditor II's. Employee will report to the FSQ Manager.

Responsibilities

• Weight control
• Inspection of equipment and product
• Scale calibrations
• Oven/chiller calibrations
• Hold log
• Label verification
• Other similar activities or any job duties assigned

Qualifications

• Following proper procedures and accuracy of paperwork is extremely important in this position
• Dependability and good attendance are required
• Excellent communication skills are necessary
• Making people safety and food safety the number one priority
• Preference will be given for relevant food manufacturing experience

Requirements

• Follow all company rules for food safety and employee safety
• Ability to read and write to accurately complete job related paperwork
• Ability to perform repetitive hand and wrist motion throughout the shift
• Ability to push/pull/lift 50+ lbs as required throughout the course of a shift
• Ability to twist and bend the body as necessary to perform job related tasks
• Ability to kneel/squat/climb as necessary to complete the job related tasks
• Ability to perform grasping and pinching motions to complete job related tasks
• Must be 18 years of age or older

Working conditions

Refrigerated environment – temp range from 35–40 degrees Fahrenheit.

Pay

$22.90/hr plus $1 per hour shift differential.
