Thermo Fisher Scientific · San Diego, CA · 1 mo ago
On-siteScience$31–$38/hrFull-time
We need to output HTML fragment with sections: Use

for section headings like About the role, Responsibilities, Requirements, Qualifications, Skills, Benefits, Pay, Schedule. Only include sections if posting has real specific content. We need to extract content: The posting includes: - Work Schedule Standard (Mon-Fri) -> schedule info. - Environmental Conditions Laboratory Setting, Some degree of PPE required... -> maybe part of Working Environment. - This is a fully onsite role based at our customer’s site in San Diego, CA (Carmel Valley area) We welcome applicants from all locations within the US. Please note that relocation assistance is not provided for this position, and any relocation costs will be the responsibility of the candidate. Must be legally authorized to work in the United States without sponsorship. Must be able to pass a comprehensive background check, which includes a drug screening. -> could be part of Requirements or Qualifications. - At Thermo Fisher Scientific... mission statements etc. Could be About the role? Actually "About the role" maybe description of role. We'll treat the paragraph about mission as About the role. - The Scientist, Tissue Culture Technologies will develop... description of role. Could be About the role as well. - Key responsibilities: list bullet points. - Education and Experience: bullet? Actually paragraph. - Knowledge, Skills and Abilities: list bullet points. - Working Environment: list bullet points. - Benefits: paragraph. - Compensation And Benefits: includes pay range and benefits details. We need sections: About the role, Responsibilities, Requirements, Qualifications, Skills, Benefits, Pay, Schedule. We must not repeat job title as heading. No Job ID. We must not include boilerplate like EEO etc. Already removed. We must not create sections with filler like "commensurate with experience". Not present. We need to decide which sections to include based on content. We have schedule: "Work Schedule Standard (Mon-Fri)". That's specific. So include Schedule section. Pay: "The hourly pay range estimated for this position based in California is $31.00–$38.00." Also mention variable annual bonus. So include Pay section. Benefits: There's a Benefits paragraph and also Compensation And Benefits includes benefits details. So include Benefits section. Responsibilities: Key responsibilities list. Requirements: Education and Experience maybe. Qualifications: Could be Knowledge, Skills and Abilities? Actually that is Skills. Qualifications maybe Education and Experience? But we have both Requirements and Qualifications. We need to decide. The posting has "Education and Experience:" and "Knowledge, Skills and Abilities:" plus "Working Environment:" maybe part of Requirements? But we can map: - Requirements: Education and Experience (maybe also legal auth, background check). Could combine. - Qualifications: maybe not needed if we treat Knowledge, Skills and Abilities as Skills. But we need to follow instruction: Use headings for sections: About the role, Responsibilities, Requirements, Qualifications, Skills, Benefits, Pay, Schedule. Include only if posting has real specific content. We have content for About the role (mission + role description). Responsibilities (key responsibilities). Requirements (Education and Experience + legal auth etc). Qualifications? Not explicitly separate; maybe we can skip Qualifications if no distinct content. Skills (Knowledge, Skills and Abilities). Benefits (benefits paragraph + compensation benefits). Pay (pay range). Schedule (work schedule). Also maybe Working Environment could be part of Requirements or Qualifications but we can incorporate into Requirements or Skills? But we have no heading for Working Environment; we could include under Requirements as additional bullet. We must not invent sections. So we will not include Qualifications if no distinct content. But we need to check if there is any content that could be considered Qualifications besides Education and Experience. The posting says "Education and Experience:" then bullet? Actually it's paragraph: "Bachelor's degree in lab sciences such as Chemistry, Biochemistry, Material Science, Immunology, Biology, Molecular Biology or similar Scientist: Previous experience that provides the knowledge, skills, and abilities to perform the job (comparable to 2+ years’) OR Masters degree In some cases, an equivalency, consisting of a combination of appropriate education, training and/or directly related experience, will be considered sufficient for an individual to meet the requirements of the role." That's qualifications actually. Could treat as Qualifications. Then Requirements could be legal auth, background check, etc. But we have both. Better to assign: - About the role: mission + role description paragraph. - Responsibilities: Key responsibilities list. - Requirements: Education and Experience (including degree, experience, equivalency) plus legal auth, background check, relocation note? Actually relocation note is not a requirement but info. Could include under Requirements? Might be okay. - Qualifications: Knowledge, Skills and Abilities list. - Skills: maybe we could skip if we used Knowledge, Skills and Abilities as Qualifications. But we need Skills heading if we have specific skill content. The Knowledge, Skills and Abilities list is essentially skills. So we could map that to Skills heading. Then Qualifications could be Education and Experience. Let's decide: We need both Qualifications and Skills sections if we have distinct content. We have Education and Experience (qualifications) and Knowledge, Skills and Abilities (skills). So we can have: - Qualifications: Education and Experience paragraph. - Skills: Knowledge, Skills and Abilities list. - Requirements: maybe the legal auth, background check, relocation, etc. But we could also put those under Requirements. But we must not create thin sections. Let's see if we have enough content for Requirements: "Must be legally authorized to work in the United States without sponsorship. Must be able to pass a comprehensive background check, which includes a drug screening." Also "Please note that relocation assistance is not provided for this position, and any relocation costs will be the responsibility of the candidate." plus "We welcome applicants from all locations within the US." That's not a requirement but info. Could be included. Thus Requirements section can have those points. Now About the role: we need to capture mission and role description. Could combine the paragraphs starting at "At Thermo Fisher Scientific, you’ll discover meaningful work..." and "The Scientist, Tissue Culture Technologies will develop..." That's substantive. Responsibilities: list of key responsibilities. Schedule: "Work Schedule Standard (Mon-Fri)". Also maybe mention fully onsite? That's location not schedule. So schedule section just that. Pay: hourly pay range $31.00–$38.00, variable annual bonus. Benefits: list of benefits from the Benefits paragraph and Compensation And Benefits paragraph. We must not repeat content. Ensure we preserve all substantive info. Let's extract details: About the role: - At Thermo Fisher Scientific, you’ll discover meaningful work that makes a positive impact on a global scale. (maybe not a requirement but info; we can include.) Schedule: - Work Schedule Standard (Mon-Fri) - This is a fully onsite role based at our customer’s site in San Diego, CA (Carmel Valley area). (maybe location not schedule but we can include under Schedule? Actually location is not schedule; but we have no other heading for location. Could we include under About the role? Already have location? Not yet. Could add a sentence about location in About the role or maybe a separate section? Not allowed to create new heading. Could fold location into About the role as extra detail. But we already have About the role long; we can add location there. However the instruction: "Do NOT repeat the job title as a heading (the page already shows it) and do NOT put Job ID / requisition numbers as headings — fold minor metadata into a short

or drop it." So location could be minor metadata folded into a short

maybe under About the role? But we already have a long paragraph; we could add a sentence about location. That's okay. But we also have schedule: "Work Schedule Standard (Mon-Fri)". We'll put that in Schedule section. Pay: - The hourly pay range estimated for this position based in California is $3
