We need to output HTML fragment with sections: headings

for sections like About the role, Responsibilities, Requirements, Qualifications, Skills, Benefits, Pay, Schedule. Only include sections that have real specific content. We need to parse the posting. Content: - Intro: "Our FSP team is currently seeking a CRA 2 with 2 years of monitoring! 8-10 days on site per month being a mix of onsite and remote. Seeking candidates in the Denver, Colorado area with Oncology." - "What You Will Do" paragraph: "You will utilize your skills, knowledge, and clinical judgement to provide a high standard of care for participants in clinical trials and respond to emergency situations based upon clinical research standards." - Then "Responsibilities" heading and list of responsibilities (multiple bullet points). The bullet points are separated by line breaks and hyphens. - Then "Requirements" heading and list: University or college degree, or certification in a related allied health profession from an appropriately accredited institution (e.g. nursing licensure); 2 years of Clinical Monitoring experience; 60% overnight travel. - Then "The important thing for us is you are comfortable working in an environment that is:" with bullet points describing fast paced, changing priorities, teamwork, technology based. - Then "Work Environment" paragraph. - Then "Physical Requirements" paragraph with list. - Then "Target Pay Range: $100-112K - Remote" - Then "Applications will be accepted on an ongoing basis. Learn more about our EEO & Accommodations request here." This is boilerplate to remove. We need to remove cookie/navigation/legal/EEO/equal-opportunity/scam-warning boilerplate, duplicated lines, and application instructions. So remove the line about EEO & Accommodations. We need to preserve all substantive info. We need to decide sections. We have: - About the role? Could be the intro paragraph and "What You Will Do". Could combine as "About the role". Or we could have separate sections: "About the role" and "Responsibilities". The instruction: use

for section headings (e.g. About the role, Responsibilities, Requirements, Qualifications, Skills, Benefits, Pay, Schedule). So we can include About the role, Responsibilities, Requirements, Work Environment maybe? But they didn't list Work Environment as example but we can still use if content exists. However they said prefer a few substantive sections over many thin ones. So we might combine Work Environment and Physical Requirements into a "Working Conditions" section? But they didn't give that as example. Perhaps we can include Work Environment and Physical Requirements as separate sections if they have content. But we need to avoid thin sections. Let's see content: Work Environment: "Work is performed in an office environment with exposure to electrical office equipment.Frequent travel to clients/ site locations with occasional travel both domestic and international." Physical Requirements: list of abilities. These are substantive. Could be combined into a "Work Environment & Physical Requirements" section. But we have also "Target Pay Range: $100-112K - Remote". That's Pay and maybe Schedule? Not schedule. So we can have Pay section. We also have "8-10 days on site per month being a mix of onsite and remote." That's schedule info. Could be Schedule section. Thus we can have sections: About the role, Responsibilities, Requirements, Pay, Schedule, Work Environment (maybe combine with Physical Requirements). But we need to avoid thin sections. Each of these has decent content. Let's decide: - About the role: includes intro paragraph and "What You Will Do". Could be two paragraphs. - Responsibilities: list. - Requirements: list (degree, experience, travel). Also maybe include the "important thing for us is you are comfortable working in an environment that is:" as part of Requirements? Actually that's more about work style/soft skills. Could be under Requirements or a separate "Skills" section. The instruction includes Skills as possible heading. So we could put those bullet points under Skills. Thus: - Requirements: education, experience, travel. - Skills: fast paced, changing priorities, teamwork, technology based. - Work Environment & Physical Requirements: combine. - Pay: Target Pay Range. - Schedule: 8-10 days on site per month mix onsite/remote. We must not include sections with placeholder text like "commensurate with experience". Not present. Now we need to output HTML fragment only, no /, no markdown fences. We'll produce something like:

About the role

Our FSP team is currently seeking a CRA 2 with 2 years of monitoring! 8-10 days on site per month being a mix of onsite and remote. Seeking candidates in the Denver, Colorado area with Oncology.

You will utilize your skills, knowledge, and clinical judgement to provide a high standard of care for participants in clinical trials and respond to emergency situations based upon clinical research standards.

Responsibilities

  • Responsible for all aspects of study site monitoring including routine monitoring and close-out of clinical sites, maintenance of study files, conduct of pre-study and initiation visits; liaise with vendors; and other duties, as assigned
  • Responsible for all aspects of site management as prescribed in the project plans
  • General On-Site Monitoring
    • Ensure the study staff who will conduct the protocol have received the proper materials and instructions to safely enter patients into the study
    • Ensure the protection of study patients by verifying that informed consent procedures and protocol requirements are adhered to according to the applicable regulatory requirements
    • Ensure the integrity of the data submitted on Case Report Forms (CRFs) or other data collection tools by careful source document
    • Monitor data for missing or implausible data
  • Responsible for all aspects of registry management as prescribed in the project plans
  • Undertake feasibility work when requested
  • Complete Serious Adverse Event (SAE) reporting, process production of reports, narratives and follow up of SAEs
  • Independently perform CRF review; query generation and resolution against established data review guidelines on Fortrea or client data management systems as assigned by management
  • Assist with training of new employees, eg. co-monitoring
  • Coordinate designated clinical projects as a Local Project Coordinator (with supervision, if applicable) and may act as a local client contact as assigned
  • Perform other duties as assigned by management
But note the original had some weird formatting: "process production of repo11s" likely typo for reports. We must preserve as is? The instruction: preserve ALL substantive information; do NOT invent or summarize away detail. So we should keep the exact text as given, even if typo. So "process production of repo11s". Keep that. Also there is a line: "Responsible for all aspects of site management as prescribed in the project plansGeneral On-SiteMonitoring". Actually original: "-Responsible for all aspects of site management as prescribed in the project plansGeneral On-SiteMonitoring". There's missing space. We need to preserve as is? Probably we should keep the text but maybe we can add a space for readability? The instruction says preserve ALL substantive information; do NOT invent or summarize away detail. Adding a space is not inventing content, just formatting. Might be okay. Safer to keep exactly as given? The original had no space between "plans" and "General". But we can keep as is; it's still substantive. However readability may suffer but it's okay. We need to be careful not to duplicate lines. The responsibilities list includes some duplicates? We'll just output each bullet as separate
  • . Might need to split the combined bullet. Let's parse responsibilities section exactly: "Responsibilities Responsible for all aspects of study site monitoring including routine monitoring and close-out of clinical sites, maintenance of study files, conduct of pre-study and initiation visits; liaise with vendors; and other duties, as assigned -Responsible for all aspects of site management as prescribed in the project plansGeneral On-SiteMonitoringEnsure the study staff who will conduct the protocol have received the proper materials and instructions to safely enter patients into the studyEnsure the protection of study patients by verifying that informed consent procedures and protocol requirements are adhered to according to the applicable regulatory requirementsEnsure the integrity of the data submitted on Case Report Forms (CRFs) or other data collection tools by careful source document Monitor data for missing or implausible dataResponsible for all aspects of registry management as prescribed in the project plans - Undertake feasibility work when requestedComplete Serious Adverse Event (SAE) reporting, process production of repo11s, narratives and follow up of SAEsIndependently perform CRF review; query generation and resolution against established data review guidelines on Fortrea or client data management systems as assigned by managementAssist with training of new employees, eg. co-monitoringCoordinate designated clinical projects as a Local Project Coordinator (with supervision, if applicable) and may act as a local client contact as assignedPerform other duties as assigned by management" We need to split into logical bullets. The original had hyphens before some items. We'll create bullets: - Responsible for all aspects of study site monitoring including routine monitoring and close-out of clinical sites, maintenance of study files, conduct of pre-study and initiation visits; liaise with vendors; and other duties, as assigned - Responsible for all aspects of site management as prescribed in the project plans - General On-Site Monitoring - Ensure the study staff who will conduct the protocol have received the proper materials and instructions to safely enter patients into the study - Ensure the protection of study patients by verifying that informed consent procedures and protocol requirements are adhered to according to the applicable regulatory requirements - Ensure the integrity of the data submitted on Case Report Forms (CRFs) or other data collection tools by careful source document - Monitor data for missing or implausible data - Responsible for all aspects of registry management as prescribed in the project plans - Undertake feasibility work when requested - Complete Serious Adverse Event (SAE) reporting, process production of repo11s, narratives and follow up of SAEs - Independently perform CRF review; query generation and resolution against established data review guidelines on Fortrea or client data management systems as assigned by management - Assist with training of new employees, eg. co-monitoring - Coordinate designated clinical projects as a Local Project Coordinator (with supervision, if applicable) and may act as a local client contact as assigned - Perform other duties as assigned by management We need to preserve the exact phrasing; we added line breaks and indentation but that's okay. Now Requirements: "Requirements University or college degree, or certification in a related allied health profession from an appropriately accredited institution (e.g. nursing licensure)2 years of Clinical Monitoring experience60% overnight travel The important thing for us is you are comfortable working in an environment that is: Fast paced: where no deviations from the study protocol are allowed, and not meeting a timeline for even few minutes will create a quality issue.Changing priorities constantly asking you to prioritize and adapt on the spot.Teamwork and people skills are essential for the study to run smoothly.Technology based. We collect our data directly into an electronic environment." We need to split into Requirements (degree, experience, travel) and Skills (fast paced, changing priorities, teamwork, technology based). Also note "60% overnight travel" is a requirement. Thus:

    Requirements

    • University or college degree, or certification in a related allied health profession from an appropriately accredited institution (e.g. nursing licensure)
    • 2 years of Clinical Monitoring experience
    • 60% overnight travel

    Skills

    • Fast paced: where no deviations from the study protocol are allowed, and not meeting a timeline for even
