Key Responsibilities

• Work directly with clients to transform their business problems into technology solutions.
• Support clients' efforts to make their business units more effective and efficient.
• Provide services in connection with the remediation and mitigation of process risk.
• Assist engagement teams through the analysis of specific business requirements for alignment with technology architecture.
• Design and integrate technology infrastructure based on aligned business requirements.
• Develop technology implementation plans that support clients.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Technology or a related field, with 3+ years of relevant work experience at a Property and Casualty Insurance carrier or consulting firm; or a master’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Technology or a related field with 2+ years of relevant work experience.
• Previous application experience in Guidewire, OneShield, Exigen/EIS, Majesco, Duck Creek, Insurity, Sapiens/Adaptik, FirstBest, Business Objects, Cognos, Informatica.
• Proficiency in system selection and implementation, definition of business and technical requirements, design of business and technology architecture, application configuration/integration, data mapping, conversion, migration, and experience in creating proof of concepts (POCs) for complex design methodologies and providing alternative solution options.
• Experience in delivering system implementation through all phases of the project life cycle, including requirements definition, architecture design, conversion and testing; based on a proven methodology.
• Experience in software engineering processes, code review methodologies, and deploying code optimization tools and techniques.
• Experience in performing impact analyses and driving end-to-end solutions across connecting systems.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills for technical writing and client presentations.
• Strategic thinking through research of client inquiries and emerging issues related to regulations, industry practice, and new application technologies.
• Ability to travel to client sites as necessary.

Desired Qualifications

• Experience with management reporting enhancement, business intelligence/decision support, data warehousing/enterprise data design and management, or enterprise application integration.
• Experience in performing impact analyses and driving end-to-end solutions across connecting systems.

Pay

$102,500 to $187,900 for the base salary range in all geographic locations in the US. The base salary range for New York City Metro Area, Washington State and California (excluding Sacramento) is $122,900 to $213,400.

Schedule

Our expectation is for most people in external, client serving roles to work together in person 40-60% of the time over the course of an engagement, project or year.
