Responsibilities
- Lead end-to-end delivery of large, multi-release Guidewire programs across multiple client engagements – from inception through hypercare – including environment strategy, release planning, and cutover execution for PolicyCenter, BillingCenter, ClaimCenter and Digital portals.

- Drive market activation for EY's Guidewire services – including pipeline development, offering design, pursuit support, pricing, proposals, and go-to-market asset creation – while building and sustaining senior client relationships and serving as a trusted advisor on transformations.
- Develop and operationalize reusable Guidewire assets and accelerators, including packaging and publishing them for availability in the Guidewire Marketplace.
- Build and manage delivery teams, budgets, roadmaps, governance, risk management, vendor coordination, user acceptance testing, training, release readiness, and production support operating models.
- Provide strategic input into EY's Guidewire practice strategy, innovate delivery processes, and contribute to thought leadership, points of view, and eminence in the marketplace.
- Mentor and develop top-performing teams, foster a collaborative and inclusive culture, and ensure compliance with EY's risk management, independence, and security standards.
