Your Key Responsibilities
- Work directly with clients to transform their business problems into technology solutions.
- Support our clients' efforts to make their business units more effective and efficient.
- Provide services in connection with the remediation and mitigation of process risk.
- Assist engagement teams through the analysis of specific business requirements for alignment with quick-to-market digital solutions.
- Assist in technology architecture, technology infrastructure design, vendor selection, and technology implementation plans.
- Operationalize Guidewire Digital assets and accelerators, including packaging and publishing them for availability in the Guidewire Marketplace.
- Develop and operationalize Guidewire Digital assets and accelerators, including packaging and publishing them for availability in the Guidewire Marketplace.

Skills and attributes for success
- Guidewire Digital Experience Development: Proficiency in developing and customizing Guidewire Digital applications, including experience with Guidewire Digital Portal, Guidewire PolicyCenter, BillingCenter, or ClaimCenter integrations.
- Architect customized digital solutions that can adapt into existing application eco-system. Possess strong understanding of Guidewire's Digital architecture, Micro frontends, Advanced Product Designer, Authentication/Authorization, FIGMA, APIs, and configuration.
- Front-End and Integration Skills: Solid experience with front-end technologies such as JavaScript, HTML5, CSS3, and frameworks like React or Angular, combined with expertise in integrating Guidewire Digital solutions with backend systems and third-party services using RESTful APIs and web services.
- Demonstrate technical capabilities and engineering skills that support the insurance technology system implementation process.
- Remain current on new developments in services capabilities and industry knowledge.
- Lend specific subject-matter knowledge to the design and integration phase of each project, helping to give specificity to the appropriate architecture, data model, system design and interfacing requirements.
- Advise clients on a variety of business process services that help identify, assess, manage and measure the organization’s capabilities; team with client technology professionals or third-party strategic alliances to provide implementation of technology solutions.
- Collaborate with client engagement teams with diverse skills and backgrounds; foster an innovative and inclusive, team-oriented work environment.
