Responsibilities
- Manage a team of assurance professionals across a portfolio of projects
- Personal engagement with clients to understand their unique needs
- Develop effective, client-focused audit strategies
- Coach and manage a driven team of audit professionals
- Build relationships that support tailored services and new business development
- Identify and react to potential risks, and develop new ways to improve products and processes
- Continuously update understanding of business trends and emerging technologies
Requirements
- A bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Business or Finance, with significant work experience as an auditor in a public accounting firm
- A CPA certification in the work state location
- Engagement management, execution, and reporting skills
- Ability to prioritize and manage multiple projects simultaneously
- Access to reliable transportation to/from the EY office and client sites
Qualifications
- Proven ability to build a network of contacts and mutual business relationships
- Firm understanding of engagement economics

Pay
The base salary range for this job in all geographic locations in the US is $98,200 to $180,000. The base salary range for New York City Metro Area, Washington State and California (excluding Sacramento) is $117,900 to $204,500. Individual salaries within those ranges are determined through a wide variety of factors including but not limited to education, experience, knowledge, skills and geography.
