Responsibilities
- Perform business analysis projects using advanced techniques (e.g., predictive analytics, scenario modelling) to identify strategic opportunities within the domain, influencing long-term decisions and value chain optimization
- Perform detailed evaluations of IT solutions, leveraging domain expertise to assess effectiveness and alignment with client goals, guiding strategic technology decisions
- Create documentation for systems, ensuring precision and thoroughness, while leading efforts to articulate sophisticated technical concepts for diverse stakeholders
- Perform specialized research on third-party products, providing in-depth insights on features, performance, and integration capabilities to ensure alignment with client needs and industry standards
- Create solution architectures and develop comprehensive architectural diagrams, ensuring scalability, resilience, and integration with existing infrastructure
- Run the technical aspects of implementation by applying domain knowledge and ensuring scalable optimal system performance. Design and execute maintenance strategies to ensure long-term system reliability
Requirements
- Experience with business and digital transformation initiatives for Utility clients across Transmission, Distribution, Vegetation Management, Gas, Water, and Asset Operations
- Architect enterprise Field Service Management solutions leveraging platforms such as OverIT, Oracle Field Service (OFS), Salesforce Field Service (FSL), KloudGin, ServiceNow FSM, IFS, or similar technologies
- Experience in driving transformation initiatives across Vegetation Management, including inspection planning, patrols, work planning, tree trimming, contractor management, hazard mitigation, compliance, LiDAR integration, and wildfire risk reduction
- Experience in business process design for Transmission & Distribution operations, including construction, maintenance, inspections, emergency response, switching, asset maintenance, and capital projects
- Experience in collaborating with GIS, Asset Management, ERP, ADMS, OMS, EAM, CRM, and enterprise integration teams to deliver scalable end-to-end solutions
Preferred Skills
- Experience leading large transformation programs and distributed consulting teams
- Experience in providing strategic guidance on Field Service Management modernization, workforce optimization, and operational excellence
- Experience with discovery workshops, business process assessments, solution envisioning, and roadmap development
- Experience in operating models and future-state business processes aligned with industry best practices
- Experience in mentoring consulting teams and providing guidance to solution architects, functional consultants, and business analysts, and supporting proposal development, pre-sales, RFP responses, solution demonstrations, estimation, and capability building
- Experience in identifying opportunities to leverage GenAI, predictive analytics, mobility, automation, and intelligent scheduling to improve field operations and workforce productivity
Additional Required Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree or foreign equivalent required from an accredited institution. Will also consider three years of progressive experience in the specialty in lieu of every year of education
