Frozen Food/Dairy Clerk

Responsibilities

• Provide products and services meeting customer requirements using proper phone etiquette
• Answer customer questions and communicate with management
• Maintain stock levels by taking product from cooler or backroom to sales floor
• Open cases and stock products to appropriate locations
• Inspect and maintain quality of frozen food/dairy items in displays, cases, shelves, coolers, freezers, etc.
• Learn and perform duties of similar positions in other departments as required
• Aid in maintaining cleanliness of work area and floor
• Assist department manager in their absence (Full time Associates only)
