About the role
Waste Connections is hiring a Front End Loader Commercial Driver in Monroe, Louisiana.
Responsibilities
- Operate a front-end loader safely and efficiently
- Run assigned routes and complete routine pickups and container exchanges
- Add customers or stops to an order and keep accurate route notes
- Communicate with dispatch, supervisors, and customers
- Perform daily pre- and post-route inspections, including checking fluids, safety equipment, and tires
- Follow all company safety standards
Requirements
- 1+ year of waste industry experience (Front Load, ASL, or Roll-Off preferred)
- OR 3+ years of commercial driving experience
- Experience running routes and servicing commercial accounts
- Ability to add customers or stops to an order
- Valid Class A or B CDL
- Clean driving record
- Strong focus on safety, reliability, and customer service
- Ability to work outdoors and handle physical job demands
