Responsibilities

Set priorities, support team members, communicate updates, and help resolve day-to-day production needs.

Requirements

• Team Leader, lead, or supervisor experience
• Food manufacturing or production experience
• Continuous Improvement, Lean manufacturing, or TPM experience

Pay

Starting pay: $36.24 per hour. Bonus eligible: Yes. Nestlé offers performance-based incentives and a competitive total rewards package, which includes a 401k with company match, healthcare coverage and a broad range of other benefits.

Schedule

8-hour shifts, with overtime and weekends as needed. Shift differential applies.
