As a Full-Time Frontline Leader, you will lead and support production team members on the flexible printing line, ensuring safe, efficient, and high-quality operations while fostering a positive and collaborative work environment.
Responsibilities
Lead, coach, and motivate team members to achieve production goals.
Provide feedback and support for skill development and engagement.
Monitor daily operations to meet schedules and customer requirements.
Ensure compliance with Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) and quality standards.
Troubleshoot issues and escalate when necessary.
Enforce safety protocols and conduct regular safety checks.
Ensure adherence to company policies and regulatory requirements.
Track Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) such as efficiency, waste, and downtime.
Implement corrective actions to improve productivity and reduce costs.
Communicate goals, changes, and expectations clearly to the team.
Identify opportunities for process improvements and participate in lean initiatives.
Support implementation of new technologies or methods in flexible printing.
Requirements
A high school diploma or equivalent; technical training preferred.
3+ years of related manufacturing process experience or printing environment.
Leadership experience with the ability to also work as a team.
Solid working knowledge of production processes and related manufacturing.
Experience using Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Power Point), Visio, Teams and Outlook.
Exceptional time management and organization skills.
Ability to manage multiple tasks and projects simultaneously establishing priorities to meet deadlines.
Ability to communicate effectively (verbal, written, and presentations) with executive leadership, staff, and internal and external clients.
