As a Full-Time Frontline Leader, you will lead and support production team members on the flexible printing line, ensuring safe, efficient, and high-quality operations while fostering a positive and collaborative work environment.

Responsibilities

• Lead, coach, and motivate team members to achieve production goals.

• Provide feedback and support for skill development and engagement.

• Monitor daily operations to meet schedules and customer requirements.

• Ensure compliance with Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) and quality standards.

• Troubleshoot issues and escalate when necessary.

• Enforce safety protocols and conduct regular safety checks.

• Ensure adherence to company policies and regulatory requirements.

• Track Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) such as efficiency, waste, and downtime.

• Implement corrective actions to improve productivity and reduce costs.

• Communicate goals, changes, and expectations clearly to the team.

• Identify opportunities for process improvements and participate in lean initiatives.

• Support implementation of new technologies or methods in flexible printing.

Requirements

• A high school diploma or equivalent; technical training preferred.

• 3+ years of related manufacturing process experience or printing environment.

• Leadership experience with the ability to also work as a team.

• Solid working knowledge of production processes and related manufacturing.

• Experience using Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Power Point), Visio, Teams and Outlook.

• Exceptional time management and organization skills.

• Ability to manage multiple tasks and projects simultaneously establishing priorities to meet deadlines.

• Ability to communicate effectively (verbal, written, and presentations) with executive leadership, staff, and internal and external clients.
