Responsibilities

• Offer leadership skills and knowledge to team members in activities such as manufacturing, processing, operating, packing, or unloading.
• Instruct team members on the proper use of safety equipment and emergency procedures.
• Ensure adherence to quality assurance standards set by industry programs like ISO and Six Sigma.
• Maintain regular communication with interrelated departments to plan and execute production goals efficiently.
• Encourage teamwork, positivity, and support among teammates.

Requirements

• A High School Diploma or GED.
• At least two (2) years of experience in the process area relevant to the group leader position.
• Working knowledge of the area processes and job content.
• Prior experience leading teams.
