Responsibilities

• Develop and implement quality assurance plans
• Conduct regular audits and assessments to identify areas for improvement
• Work closely with developers to ensure code quality and functionality
• Provide training and support to team members on quality assurance techniques

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Quality Assurance, Computer Science, or related field
• Minimum 5 years of experience in quality assurance roles
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
• Experience with software testing tools and methodologies

Qualifications

• Proficiency in quality management systems
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously

Skills

• Knowledge of Agile and Scrum methodologies
• Experience with automated testing tools (JUnit, Selenium)
• Strong understanding of software development lifecycle
