Responsible for leading quality assurance initiatives across various projects. Collaborates with cross-functional teams to ensure high standards of product quality.
Responsibilities
- Develop and implement quality assurance plans
- Conduct regular audits and assessments to identify areas for improvement
- Work closely with developers to ensure code quality and functionality
- Provide training and support to team members on quality assurance techniques
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Quality Assurance, Computer Science, or related field
- Minimum 5 years of experience in quality assurance roles
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Experience with software testing tools and methodologies
Qualifications
- Proficiency in quality management systems
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously
Skills
- Knowledge of Agile and Scrum methodologies
- Experience with automated testing tools (JUnit, Selenium)
- Strong understanding of software development lifecycle
