Frontend Software Engineer Graduate (Global CRM) - 2027 Start

About the role

We are building and maintaining a Global CRM (Customer Relationship Management) Platform and Transaction Platform for sales and marketing agents/partners. In this role, you will work closely with the Sales Operations Management Platform (SOMP) to create a stable, flexible, and smart platform that enhances commercial efficiency and customer satisfaction through intelligent marketing tools. You will ensure the stability and security of customer fund transactions while balancing revenue, risks, efficiency, and client experience for the monetization of TikTok.

Responsibilities

• Responsible for front-end technology selection and development.
• Optimize front-end functionality design and resolve compatibility issues across various browsers and devices.
• Use technical solutions to enhance user experience and meet high-performance requirements.
• Develop reusable components and libraries to improve development efficiency and quality.

Requirements

• Individuals completing or who have recently completed a Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science or a related discipline.
• Proficient in HTML, CSS, and JavaScript, with familiarity in page architecture and layout, as well as common technologies such as HTML5 and CSS3.
• Proficient in JavaScript, AJAX, DOM, BOM, and related technologies.
• Familiar with Node.js and proficient in using build tools such as Grunt, Gulp, and Webpack.
• Experience developing with MVVM frameworks such as React, Vue.js, and AngularJS.
• Strong communication and teamwork skills; passionate about technology; highly responsible; and able to drive the implementation and adoption of technical frameworks.

Pay

The base salary range for this position is $128,000 - $256,000 annually. Compensation may vary based on qualifications, skills, competencies, experience, and location. Base pay is one part of the total package, which may include additional discretionary bonuses/incentives and restricted stock units.
