About the role

As a NextJS web developer (experience engineer), you will play an integral role within Schwab’s in-house agency, Creative Center (C2), contributing to and executing on our marketing and business partners’ vision. You will help ensure high-quality digital experiences for our consumers, collaborate on the strategic direction of digital marketing, and deliver best-in-class customer experiences that support Schwab’s broader business goals.

Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain front-end applications using TypeScript, React, and Next.js
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver high-quality digital experiences
• Contribute to the strategic direction of digital marketing initiatives
• Ensure best-in-class customer experiences aligned with Schwab’s business goals

Requirements

• 3–5+ years of software engineering experience
• Proficiency in TypeScript, React, and Next.js (minimum React 18/19 and Next 15/16)
• Experience with Sanity CMS (highly preferred) or other headless CMS platforms
• Strong soft skills and a proactive, collaborative attitude

Schedule

• Location: Austin, TX
• Onsite: 4 days per week
• Remote: 1 day per week
