About The Role We are seeking an experienced Lead Front-End Engineer to join our dynamic team at Surefront. This role is ideal for a passionate technology enthusiast who thrives in a startup environment characterized by agility, innovation, and a fast-paced work culture. As a key member of our engineering team, you will collaborate closely with product managers and leadership to design, develop, and implement cutting-edge features for our platform. Your expertise will help shape the technical direction of our front-end architecture, ensuring scalable, maintainable, and high-performance applications. Additionally, you will mentor junior engineers, participate in code reviews, and contribute to the continuous improvement of our development processes. Initially remote, this position offers flexibility and will be based out of California once circumstances permit.
