Frontend Developer

About the role

Contribute meaningfully at the product's early stage, shaping the next chapter of Clara Guide.

What you will do

• Build modular, scalable web interfaces
• Collaborate across product and backend teams to deliver clean, robust front-end architecture
• Own the user experience: design, translate feedback, and iterate quickly
• Ensure interface consistency and performance driven by clinical workflows

What we are looking for

• Strong, well-informed opinions on how front-end should be structured, especially in secure, mission-critical systems
• Excellent written and verbal communication, able to break down technical decisions clearly
• Independent, high-output mindset—moves quickly and executes efficiently
• Prior experience in web ecosystems; native app familiarity is a plus
• Clinical or healthcare experience is welcome but not required

Compensation: Equity-only; no salary at this early stage.

Location: Seattle, WA (Remote) — preference given to candidates near Seattle for occasional collaboration. Remote-first with flexibility to align with team calls and occasional co-working.
