Frontend Developer

About the role

This position involves developing, testing, deploying, maintaining, and enhancing web-based applications for intelligence systems. The ideal candidate will create intuitive, user-friendly web interfaces using modern web technologies, analyze user requirements, and integrate web applications with REST-based APIs and backend services. Collaboration with software engineers, UX/UI designers, and mission stakeholders is also required.

Responsibilities

• Create, test, deploy, and maintain web-based applications for intelligence systems
• Analyze user requirements and translate them into software design and usability solutions
• Integrate web applications with REST-based APIs and backend services
• Collaborate with software engineers, UX/UI designers, and mission stakeholders
• Troubleshoot software defects and performance issues, implementing effective solutions

Requirements

• Active TS/SCI clearance with Polygraph
• 8+ years of web application development experience or 12 years of experience in lieu of a degree
• Experience with modern front-end frameworks like React, Angular, or Vue
• Proficiency in HTML, CSS, and JavaScript
• Experience with the full Software Development Lifecycle (SDLC) and Agile methodologies
• Ability to ensure software meets Section 508 accessibility standards

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in a technical discipline or 12 years of experience in lieu of a degree
