Key Responsibilities
- Design and develop high-quality, responsive web applications using React.js
- Translate UI/UX designs, wireframes, and prototypes into clean, efficient code
- Collaborate with product managers, designers, and backend teams to deliver seamless user experiences
- Create reusable and scalable component libraries
- Ensure cross-browser compatibility and performance optimization
- Apply modern UI/UX principles to improve usability and accessibility
- Take ownership of end-to-end UI development including design involvement
- Conduct code reviews and mentor junior developers
- Ensure adherence to best practices such as clean coding, modular architecture, and testing
Mandatory Skills
- React.js (Advanced)
- Hooks, Context API, Redux/Zustand (state management)
- Functional components, lifecycle management
- Performance optimization (lazy loading, memorization)
- UI/UX Design Experience (MANDATORY): Strong understanding of design principles (Typography, color theory, spacing, layout)
- Experience with tools like Figma, Adobe XD, Sketch
- Knowledge of Design Systems and Component-driven design
- Front-End Technologies: HTML5, CSS3, JavaScript (ES6+), Responsive design (Flexbox, Grid), CSS frameworks (Tailwind, Bootstrap, Material UI)
- Version Control: Git, Git workflows
Experience Required
- 8-10 years in Frontend/UI development
- At least 2-3 years of hands-on experience in UI/UX design
