Front Office Strategy Consulting - Marketing & Commercial Strategy Senior Manager

Responsibilities

• Leading the development and execution of customer-centric marketing strategies to enhance client engagement and drive revenue growth
• Guiding teams in crafting and conveying clear, impactful messages that tell a holistic story
• Applying systems thinking to identify underlying problems and opportunities within client marketing initiatives
• Validating outcomes with clients, sharing alternative perspectives, and acting on client feedback to refine strategies
• Directing teams through complex and ambiguous situations, maintaining composure and focus on objectives
• Developing and sustaining diverse and inclusive high-performing teams to achieve operational excellence
• Initiating open and honest coaching conversations to foster team development and effectiveness
• Utilizing CRM software and digital marketing tools to enhance customer relationship management and marketing operations
• Identifying and capitalizing on business opportunities to support client growth and transformation efforts

Qualifications

• At least a Bachelor's degree
• At least 7 years of experience
• Preference for at least one of the following fields of study: Business Administration/Management, Computer and Information Science
• Advanced skills in marketing strategy and operations
• Excelling in customer engagement and relationship management
• Utilizing CRM software for enhanced client interactions
• Leading marketing campaign development and execution
• Applying analytical thinking to drive business transformation
• Innovating brand marketing and strategy initiatives

Benefits

• The salary range for this position is: $124,000 - $280,000.
• Actual compensation within the range will be dependent upon the individual's skills, experience, qualifications and location, and applicable employment laws.
• All hired individuals are eligible for an annual discretionary bonus.
