About the role

The Front Office Specialist is responsible for providing exceptional customer service to all guests and ensuring the smooth operation of the front desk.

Responsibilities

  • Welcoming guests and assisting them with check-in and check-out procedures
  • Handling guest reservations and confirming appointments
  • Managing room status and availability
  • Processing payments and handling cash transactions
  • Responding to guest inquiries and complaints
  • Maintaining cleanliness and organization of the front desk area

Requirements

  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • Excellent customer service skills
  • Ability to work flexible hours including weekends and holidays
  • Basic computer skills, including Microsoft Office

Qualifications

  • 1-2 years of experience in a hospitality or customer service role
  • Proficiency in using hotel management systems
