We need to output HTML fragment with headings for sections: About the role, Responsibilities, Requirements, Qualifications, Skills, Benefits, Pay, Schedule. Only include sections that have real specific content. The posting includes job summary, qualifications standards (education & experience, physical, mental), duties & functions (essential and marginal). No explicit Benefits, Pay, Schedule. So we should include sections: About the role (maybe from job summary), Responsibilities (duties), Requirements (maybe qualifications standards?), Qualifications (maybe education & experience?), Skills (maybe mental/physical?), but we must avoid thin sections. We need to decide which sections have substantive content.
We have:
- Job Summary: description of role. Could map to "About the role".
- Qualifications Standards: includes Education & Experience, Physical Requirements, Mental Requirements. Could be split into "Requirements" and "Qualifications"? The instruction says use headings for section headings e.g. About the role, Responsibilities, Requirements, Qualifications, Skills, Benefits, Pay, Schedule. We need to decide mapping.
We have content for:
- About the role: job summary.
- Responsibilities: duties & functions (essential and marginal).
- Requirements: maybe physical requirements? Or maybe "Requirements" could be physical requirements? But we also have "Qualifications": education & experience, previous management experience, proficiency in Windows etc.
- Skills: mental requirements (ability to convey info, evaluate, work under stress, etc.) plus maybe other skills.
We must not create sections with filler like "not specified". So we need to ensure each section has real content.
