Front Office Manager

Key Responsibilities

- You will be the leader of our hotel's front office team, ensuring exceptional guest experiences through efficient and seamless operations. - Your daily tasks will include managing front desk staff, overseeing guest check-in and check-out processes, and resolving guest issues. - You will report to the Director of Rooms or General Manager.

Education & Experience

- A high school diploma, a GED, or one year of hotel experience - Previous experience in a similar or related position - A combination of education and experience

- Eligible to work in the United States - Ability to read, write, and communicate effectively in English - Ability to sit, stand, bend, kneel, and lift as required—with or without reasonable accommodations - Availability to work a flexible schedule, including evenings, weekends, and holidays if needed - A warm, professional demeanor that reflects HVMG’s Culture of Excellence
