Front Office Manager
About the role
Hilton Columbia Center is seeking a Front Office Manager who can lead and grow the front desk operations by training, coaching, and mentoring the staff to provide exceptional guest experiences.
Responsibilities
- Lead daily operations by empowering staff to deliver superior check-in/check-out experiences and address guests' needs efficiently.
- Solve problems for guests and encourage staff to do the same.
- Implement and maintain processes that meet or exceed guest satisfaction metrics.
- Train and support front desk staff in all operations, policies, and standards.
- Recruit, mentor, and develop front desk staff to build a strong leadership pipeline.
- Oversee financial controls, including cash, vouchers, inventories, and receivables.
- Generate accurate financial reports promptly.
- Maintain accurate personnel files and comply with legal requirements.
Requirements
- Familiarity with hotel operations, including check-in/check-out procedures, room allocations, billing processes, and policies.
- 1-2 years of customer service leadership experience.
- Exceptional verbal and written communication skills.
- Ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously, including handling phone calls, managing guest requests, and coordinating with other departments.

- Experience working in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
