Front Office Manager
Responsibilities
- Managing and inspiring a Front Desk team to seamlessly create guest experiences that have guests returning again and again
- Build a productive, enthusiastic Front Office team, each one fulfilled in their job
- Monitor and track Front Office operational performance
- Effectively balance hotel inventory to maximize profit
- Mentor, lead, and guide your own staff so they may accomplish their goals
- Support accounting to ensure processes are accurate and complete
- Establish inventory process and controls
Qualifications
- At least 2 years of management experience required
- Mariaharriott experience preferred
- Proficient in Microsoft Office, Kronos, Medallion, and guest recovery software
- Excellent organizational, interpersonal, and administrative skills required
- Service-Focused with professional presentation skills
- Progressive management experience within the Rooms Division
