About the role
The successful candidate will be responsible for leading a team to achieve revenue goals, manage sales strategies, and drive business growth.
Responsibilities
- Develop and execute comprehensive sales strategies to increase revenue and market share
- Manage a team of sales professionals to meet and exceed sales targets
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure alignment on sales objectives and initiatives
- Monitor and analyze sales data to identify trends and opportunities for improvement
- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients and partners to foster long-term business relationships
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field
- Minimum 5 years of relevant experience in sales leadership roles
- Proven track record of driving revenue growth and achieving sales targets
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities
Qualifications
- Experience in the hospitality industry is a plus
- Knowledge of hotel operations and revenue management systems
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite
