Job Duties And Responsibilities

  • Maintains current list of available rooms for walk situations.
  • Clocks in and out for scheduled shifts.
  • Reviews staffing levels to ensure guest service, operational needs, and financial objectives are met.
  • Ensures prompt and courteous service to guests.
  • Hires, coaches, and disciplines direct reports.
  • Interacts positively and professionally with guests to resolve issues.
  • Acts as Manager on Duty as required.
  • Works nights, weekends, and holidays as necessary.

Requirements

  • Minimum of three (3) years in similar leadership role.
  • High School education, post-high school education preferred.
  • Basic math skills.
  • Strong leadership skills.
  • Excellent time management skills.
  • In-depth knowledge of hotel Front Desk operations.

Qualifications

  • Knowledge of hotel Front Desk operations.
  • Ability to communicate effectively verbally and in writing.

Skills

  • Ability to exceed expectations of guests and team members.

Pay

$60,000 - $65,000 annually.

Schedule

Nights, weekends, and holidays as necessary.
