Front Office associates are responsible for the guest registration process and communication of hotel services and promotions. This role involves processing forms of payment and responding to guest inquiries. The position is highly visible and directly impacts the guest experience.
Responsibilities
- Process guest check-in and check-out procedures
- Communicate hotel services and promotions to guests
- Handle guest inquiries and complaints
- Manage guest reservations and confirmations
- Process payments and handle cash transactions
Requirements
- Able to work in a fast-paced environment
- Refined verbal and written communication skills
- Ability to multi-task and prioritize tasks
- Must be available for evening and weekend shifts
Qualifications
- Experience working in a hotel front desk or similar role
- Positive attitude and ability to interact with guests
- Strong organizational and customer service skills

90 Day Probationary Rate: $28.48 per hour
Hourly Rate: $33.51 per hour
Schedule
Shifts may vary and include evenings and weekends.
