• Efficiently manage appointment confirmations and adjust schedules to keep things running smoothly
• Coincidentally coordinate financial agreements and ensure clarity for guests
• Maintain a clear, organized, and inviting office environment for both guests and team members
• Assist with other tasks as needed to support the office and team
