As a Front Office Associate at Ideal Dental, you will play a key role in delivering exceptional care and support to both our patients and dental team. Responsibilities
- Welcome guests with a warm, friendly, first impression as their go-to point of contact.
- Deliver outstanding customer service and ensure each guest has a positive experience.
- Efficiently manage appointment confirmations and adjust schedules to keep things running smoothly.
- Coordinate financial agreements and ensure clarity for guests.
- Maintain a clear, organized, and inviting office environment for both guests and team members.
- Assist with other tasks as needed to support the office and team.
- For DeNovo offices: Newly acquired offices may require travel.
