As a Front Office Associate at Ideal Dental, you will play a key role in delivering exceptional care and support to both our patients and dental team. Responsibilities
- Welcome guests with a warm, friendly, first impression as their go-to point of contact
- Deliver outstanding customer service and ensure each guest has a positive experience
- Efficiently manage appointment confirmations and adjust schedules to keep things running smoothly
- Coordinate financial agreements and ensure clarity for guests
- Maintain a clear, organized, and inviting office environment for both guests and team members
- Assist with other tasks as needed to support the office and team
Requirements
- A welcoming smile and positive attitude that makes every guest feel at home
- Exceptional communication and customer service skills to foster strong connections with guests
- A passion for serving and engaging with guests, ensuring their needs are met with care
- Willingness to travel for DeNovo offices (newly acquired locations)
