Daily responsibilities
- Maintain front office operations.
- Welcoming and greeting visitors, vendors, and contractors.
- Responding to inquiries via various means (in-person, phone, email).
- Create, mail, and email correspondence to homeowners, board of directors, and committee members.
- Data entry and updating of homeowner information in the database.
- Organizing and filing documents.
- Walk-inspection of the property to ensure compliance with HOA rules, regulations, and guidelines.
- Send out HOA Code violation letters to homeowners.
- Follow up with homeowners to ensure violations have been corrected.
- Assist with the architectural review process, forms, and paperwork.
Requirements
- 2+ years of experience as an administrative assistant in an office setting.
- Administrative experience from the HOA, leasing, apartment, hotel, hospitality industries are desired.
- Fluency in English and Spanish is required.
- Excellent communication skills, both written and spoken, are required.
- Friendly, outgoing, and team-oriented personality.
- Career-minded and self-managed with proactive work habits.
