Front of the House Team Member - Concord

About the role

Viva Chicken is seeking enthusiastic and dedicated Front of the House team members to join our welcoming and energetic team. The ideal candidate will greet guests warmly, manage orders efficiently, and maintain a clean and inviting dining area.

Responsibilities

• Deliver warm, genuine hospitality from the moment guests walk in until they leave
• Take orders accurately and efficiently while keeping things upbeat and organized
• Support the flow of service by expediting, running food, and assisting teammates as needed
• Maintain a clean, safe, and welcoming dining area
• Follow food safety, sanitation, and company standards consistently
• Work as part of a team that values communication, accountability, and positivity

Requirements

• A positive attitude and a guest-first mindset
• Strong multitasking skills in a fast-paced environment
• Team players who show up reliable, ready, and supportive
• Attention to cleanliness, organization, and food safety
• Ability to bend, stand, balance, and carry items throughout a shift

Qualifications

• Restaurant or hospitality experience is helpful but not required
• We offer training and immediate hiring with shifts starting right away
