Front of House Team Member (Server/Cashier)

The role

The Front of House Partner is responsible for ensuring all guests have a positive Newk’s experience. Duties include taking orders, maintaining cleanliness throughout the dining room, and observing health and sanitation guidelines.

Responsibilities

• Takes orders from guests
• Maintains cleanliness in the dining room
• Observes and enforces health and sanitation guidelines

Requirements

• No previous experience required, but previous experience in a quick-service restaurant is a plus
• Must be eligible to work in the United States
• Must be at least 16 years old upon hire date
• Must meet safety and sanitation standards
• Works in a fast-paced environment
• Anticipates and understands guests' needs and expectations
• Works well in a team environment
