Responsibilities
Our Restaurant Customer Service / Cashier / FOH Crew Member / Drive-Thru Team Members are the face of our company and the first step in providing quality service and hospitality to our guests. Responsibilities include:
- Interfacing with guests to provide quick, friendly, and accurate service
- Smiling and maintaining eye contact with guests
- Speaking enthusiastically and making emotional connections with guests
Requirements
We are looking for applicants who exhibit the following qualities:

- Loves serving and helping others
- Ability to work on their feet for several hours at a time
Prior experience as a customer service representative, cashier, associate, restaurant crew member, or team member is preferred but not required.
