About the role

You'll offer guests a heaping helping of good ol' Call Your Mother Hospitality, brew the best coffee in the whole wide world, ring in orders, deliver scrumptious food accurately and with flair, keep the shop looking sparkly clean, be the expert on ALL things Call Your Mother, and lend a helping hand wherever and whenever your teammates are in need. With that being said, every day is a new adventure and each shift comes with a different set of little surprises—which is exactly how we like it.

Pay & benefits

• Pay: Hourly pay plus generous tips = $17.95/hour, plus tips for all positions. With tips, your pay is likely to range from $23-26/hour.

Physical requirements

The physical demands for this position include seeing, hearing, speaking, reading, and communicating effectively; standing, walking, reaching, bending, and performing repetitive physical movements; lifting up to 50 pounds; and safely operating equipment and tools using manual dexterity. This role also requires working in a fast-paced environment around hot equipment, sharp tools, and varying temperatures, and occasionally working in confined spaces. These physical requirements may be accomplished with or without reasonable accommodation.
