Who We Are

Taco Buddha is a concept influenced by great taco joints from Austin, Texas, with globally influenced flavors that blend with our New-Mexico-Tex roots to create delicious tacos, both traditional and adventurous. We have two locations and are opening a third in the Botanical Heights neighborhood in St. Louis.

About the Role

We are looking for humble, invested, and caring candidates to grow with us. FOH roles are customer-facing and customer-focused, while being communicative with the kitchen to ensure problems get resolved, questions get answered, and everyone leaves happy. While we do not have traditional waitstaff, everyone does their part to provide an excellent experience for our customers.

Responsibilities

• Host Honcho: Greet customers with outgoing service, communicate effectively to explain wait system and hybrid ordering system, get the good vibes rolling from the jump.
• Patio Peacemaker: Representative for all our guests to ensure things are tasting right, issues get resolved, and everybody's eating with peace.
• Benevolent Bartender: Slangin' drinks is the name of the game in this position. Must be 21+ years of age. Special perk: exclusive access to our top-secret 25 year old margarita recipe.
• Counter Concierge: Guide our customers through our menu, make recommendations, and maybe, just maybe, make some new friends in the process.
• Pickup Precisionist: Talk to the cars (more specifically the people in the cars), get a name, grab their order, double check to make sure everything is in the bag, and deliver it to lots of happy people. Great way to get your steps in.
• Shift Leader: Master all the different roles that FOH has to offer and add some more responsibility. Key holder, cash handling, POS system proficiency, and being a go-to for any issues that might arise. Requires more open availability and experience.
