About the role
At Nothing Bundt Cakes, we refer to our Front of House Team Members as Joy Creators! A Joy Creator sweetens up the place, setting the mood and making a stop in the bakery an event worth posting about. You’ll get to play party planner by helping guests order the right cake for their celebrations and making sure their orders go off without a hitch. You’ll make everyone feel welcomed, and you’ll create an environment of generosity, happiness, and joy in your community. We close early so you can enjoy your evenings.
Responsibilities
- Assist guests in selecting and ordering cakes for their celebrations
- Maintain a welcoming atmosphere and ensure orders are fulfilled accurately
- Contribute to a positive, joyful environment in the bakery and community

Schedule
- Morning and afternoon shifts available
- General shift times: 9:00 am – 3:15 pm and 3:00 pm – 8:30 pm
- Flexibility around school schedules offered
- Sunday shifts: 10:30 am – 4:30 pm
- Weekend availability required
- Willingness to work offsite events in addition to regular in-bakery shifts
- Flexibility to work throughout the holiday season, including the weeks leading up to Thanksgiving (11/24 – 12/1) and Christmas (12/15 – 12/24)
