Front of House Team Member at Gourmet Toast Juice Coffee and Smoothie Bar and Cafe in northern Colorado Springs

Responsibilities

• Take orders on the POS and double-check customer orders to ensure accuracy
• Prepare smoothies, bowls, and toasts according to tickets, maintaining consistency, speed, and presentation
• Answer the store's phone and direct inquiries to shift leads or managers
• Clean smoothie and toast stations, FOH tables, and bathrooms
• Restock disposable ware, cups, and merchandiser items as needed
• Take direction from shift leads or managers to ensure all prep is done correctly
• Assist with Back of House duties as needed, including dishes, sweeping, and mopping
• Work collaboratively as a team to achieve highest customer satisfaction
