Responsibilities

• Develop and implement processes and technologies to support the growth of the cannabis industry.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure product quality and safety.
• Stay updated on industry regulations and best practices to maintain compliance.
• Provide customer guidance and support to ensure a positive customer experience.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in a relevant field (e.g., pharmacy, biology, business, etc.)
• Minimum 3 years of experience in a related field
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team

Qualifications

• Knowledge of cannabis cultivation, extraction, and processing
• Experience with regulatory compliance and documentation
• Understanding of customer service principles and practices

Skills

• Strong organizational and time management skills
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
